Nickel Alloy 800h Cold Rolling Production Process:

1. Preparation of raw materials: Firstly, Incoloy 800H alloy will be prepared according to a specific chemical formula to ensure the required chemical composition and properties.
2. Heating the billet: The billet is usually heated to an appropriate temperature through a heating furnace so that it has good plasticity and is convenient for rolling in the next step.
3. Cold Rolling: The heated billet passes through a series of cold rolling rolls, gradually deforming it into the desired tube size. The cold rolling process can precisely control the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe, and can also improve the surface quality and mechanical properties of the pipe.
