Incoloy 800H pipe has the same basic composition as Incoloy 800 but has significantly higher creep rupture strength. The higher strength comes from the tight control of carbon, aluminum, and titanium content and high-temperature annealing. Incoloy 800H seamless pipe is an alloy that is solution heat treated at 2100°F. In addition to being solution-treated, 800H material is a carbon-controlled version of Alloy 800 with improved high-temperature performance.
