Manufacturing Type There are different types of pipes and tubes available in the market, and it is important to choose the right one for your specific project requirements. Some of the popular types include Seamless, ERW, Welded, Fabricated, CDW, CDS, DOM, CEW, and 100% X-Ray Welded.
Seamless pipes and tubes are made from a solid cylindrical steel billet, which is heated and pushed or pulled over a form until the steel reaches the desired shape and size. ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) pipes and tubes are made by passing a flat steel strip through a series of rollers, then welding the edges of the strip together using electric current.
Welded pipes and tubes are made by either rolling a flat steel strip into a tube or by bending a steel plate and welding the edges together. Fabricated pipes and tubes are made by cutting, bending, and welding steel plate or sheet metal.
CDW (Cold Drawn Welded) and CDS (Cold Drawn Seamless) pipes and tubes are made by drawing a steel bar or tube through a die to reduce the diameter and thickness. DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) pipes and tubes are made by drawing a solid steel bar through a die under a mandrel to create a smooth, uniform inside diameter.
CEW (Cold Expanded Welded) pipes and tubes are made by expanding a cold-worked tube using a mandrel and hydraulic pressure. 100% X-Ray Welded pipes and tubes are made by using X-ray technology to inspect the welds and ensure they are of high quality.
Thickness Range Let's discuss the different schedules of steel pipes commonly used in construction and manufacturing. There are several schedules available, including SCH 5, SCH 10, SCH 40, SCH 80, SCH 80S, SCH 160, SCH XXH, SCH XXS, and SCH XS. These schedules refer to the thickness of the pipe walls and dictate how much pressure the pipe can handle. SCH 5 and SCH 10 are thin-walled pipes, while SCH 40 and SCH 80 are medium-walled pipes. SCH 80S refers to extra strong pipes, whereas SCH 160 and SCH XXH are considered double extra strong pipes. Finally, SCH XXS is a super-heavy pipe, while SCH XS falls somewhere between SCH 40 and SCH 80 in terms of wall thickness. Knowing the different schedules can help you choose the best pipe for your specific project needs.
Swg & Bwg The following gauges are available: 10 Swg., 12 Swg., 14 Swg., 16 Swg., 18 Swg., and 20 Swg. These measurements are used to determine the thickness of materials, with a lower gauge number indicating a thicker material. It is important to choose the correct gauge for your project to ensure the desired result. So, consider these measurements carefully when selecting materials for your next project.

Delivery Condition AP, BA, Cold Drawn, MF, Polished, Bright Annealed—these are different surface finishes commonly used in various industries. Let's take a closer look at each one.
Annealed and Pickled (AP) is a process that involves heating metal to a specific temperature and then cooling it slowly to make it more malleable. After the annealing process, the metal is pickled, which removes surface impurities and oxides.
Polished finish, on the other hand, involves the use of abrasives or polishing compounds to create a smooth and glossy surface. This finish is often applied to metals to improve aesthetics and corrosion resistance.
Bright Annealed (BA) is a process similar to AP, where metal is heated and then rapidly cooled in a controlled atmosphere to produce a bright and reflective surface. This finish is commonly used in applications where a high level of reflectivity is desired.
Cold drawing is a manufacturing process in which metal is pulled through a die to reduce its diameter and increase its length. This process improves the mechanical properties and surface finish of the metal. Cold drawn materials are often used in applications that require high strength and precision.
MF, or Mechanical Finish, is a term used to describe a surface finish that is achieved through mechanical means such as grinding, sanding, or brushing. This finish can vary in texture and appearance depending on the specific process used.
In summary, the various surface finishes mentioned—AP, BA, Cold Drawn, MF, Polished, Bright Annealed—play a crucial role in determining the final appearance, properties, and performance of metal products in different industries.

Alloy C22 Pipe High Corrosion Resistance
Alloy c22 pipe is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum tungsten alloy that has better overall resistance to uniform and localized corrosion than any other Ni-Cr-Mo alloy such as Hastelloy C-276 and Alloy 625. Hastelloy alloy c22 pipe is a good substitute when duplex stainless steels (2205 and 2507) and super austenitic stainless steels (AL-6XN, 904L, and 254 SMO) cannot withstand extremely corrosive environments. Hastelloy C-22 has excellent resistance in oxidizing and reducing environments. UNS N06022 pipe has consistently shown good results when exposed to strong oxidizing agents such as ferric and copper chlorides, chlorine, organic and inorganic thermally polluted solutions, acetic anhydride, formic and acetic acids, and seawater and brine solutions.
